viewing the world with innocence
the only ones everyone pushes
to make a difference
with the energy and exuberance
all searching for paths of ambition
led astray by values of the world
the ones torn apart by division
and useless emotion
look at us through our eyes
see our need and insecurity
and desires to be free
you think we dont have any
stauch believers of our values
right or wrong we never know
we only reap what we sow
and decide where we go
we often head the wrong way
doing things on wrong days
who's to say we're wrong anyway?
we're all young
